Located on a main retail corridor, Wok and Roll Cafe can seats 66 patrons. It provides full service seating and carry-out, specializes in Chinese and Japanese sushi cuisine.
There is a blue awning with white and red lettering on the exterior of the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is clean and tidy, with an attractive bar located at the lobby, seating in the middle, and a sushi bar displaying sushi chefs and fresh sushi products.
The dining room is spacious and clean, with four to six chairs per table. The lighting is bright with a nice ambiance. The condiments, such as soy sauce and hot oil sauce, are clean. The Department of Health Certification is displayed in clear view.
The menu selection are excellent. There is a variety of Japanese sushi and lunch dishes. The traditional Chinese cuisine consists of marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, and duck, with vegetables. Rice and noodles are also available. For healthy choices, there is light sushi, as well as, soup and vegetarian dishes.
The Hot and Sour Soup is presented in a white, modern-style, ceramic bowl with tofu, and other ingredients; the Fried Chicken Wings are served six to an order. The presentation is on a rectangular, white dish. It has a flavorful, hot, and crispy taste; the Chow Foon Noodles are on a square, white, ceramic plate. The noodles are freshly stir-fried and hot with excellent flavor; the meats are marinated, and the sprouts, green onions, and soy sauce are added to the stir fry.
